| The Ways and Means Committee is responsible for reviewing all proposed amendments made by authorized chapters to the Cousins Bylaws before being brought to the Executive Board. The Ways and Means Committee may also recommend the raising of funds, the utilization of time, talents and other resources in support of the National Cousins. All actions of this committee must be approved during a regular meeting of the Executive Board.
Due to a decrease in the attendance and dismantling of many chapters, a quorum, usually defined as two thirds of eligible voters, cannot be verified and it is the recommendation of the Committee that this requirement be eliminated until such time that an accurate summary of eligible chapters and representatives can be established. | ||
